ACC Accident Compensation Corporation
The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) provides financial compensation and support to New Zealand citizens, residents, and temporary visitors who have suffered personal injuries. The ACC may contribute towards the cost of your dental treatment as a result of an accident or a sports injury.
Co-payments are waived for patients under the age of 18 years old.

WINZ Work and Income
Work and Income New Zealand can also provide discretionary financial assistance for urgent dental treatment for low-income adults. You don’t have to be on a benefit to qualify for this help but you may have to pay some of the money back depending on your situation.
